The room was great with an excellent shower.
Check-in was painfully slow. it took nearly two hours due to a poor staffing situation. Despite the long wait, no extra help was provided until well into the line stretching out the door. the coffee situation in the lobby was disappointing because the cups were dirty, and by the time I got to them, there was barely any coffee left.

The shower design resulted in water leaking out into the hallway, which caused a bit of chaos during our stay.

Couple looking for a fun stay
We had a large, very clean room that was just great for relaxing,. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a spread that really filled us up for the day.
Definitely not the cheapest option, but at least acceptable.

Clean room, spacious layout, with a fantastic breakfast selection that kept us full and satisfied for our daily explorations, while the convenient tram connection to the central station made it easy to navigate around the city.

Enjoyable stay with delightful amenities
I really appreciated the free mini bar and the clean, spacious Comfort Double Room I had during my stay. The location was convenient as it was just a quick walk to the city center. the check-in process was quite slow, taking longer than expected, which could use improvement.
